About the product
What is Seneca?
Seneca is a capsule dietary supplement from Vitalifes. The bottle front says “Supports Gut Balance*, Helps Calm Digestive Discomfort*, Supports Nutrient Absorption*.” One bottle holds 60 capsules and the serving on the Supplement Facts panel is 2 capsules.
Who makes Seneca?
The label carries the Vitalifes brand. No maker address is printed in the images we have. This website is run by a USA Authorized Seneca Retailer, not the maker.
Is Seneca a probiotic?
No. One of the seller’s images is headed “Probiotic Formula” and another says “carefully selected strains,” but the Supplement Facts panel names no bacterial strain and gives no CFU count. Nothing on the panel is a probiotic.
Why is the blend called “Test Boost”?
That is the name printed on the Supplement Facts panel: “Test Boost Proprietary Blend.” It is a testosterone-marketing name on a product sold for digestion, and we have no explanation for it beyond a shared formula between products.
Is Seneca vegetarian?
No. The “other ingredients” line says gelatin capsule, which is animal-derived. A “vegetarian” badge appears in the seller’s images, but it does not match the label.
Is Seneca a drug?
No. It is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not FDA approved.
Ingredients and dose
What is in Seneca?
One Test Boost Proprietary Blend of 1000 mg per 2 capsules, holding nine ingredients: L-lysine HCL, apple cider vinegar, garcinia cambogia, tongkat ali, horny goat weed, wild yam, cinnamon, bitter melon and raspberry ketones.
Why do the ads name only six ingredients?
We do not know. The “Inside Seneca” image names six. The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle lists nine. The panel is the legal document, so the panel wins and we publish all nine.
How much of each ingredient is there?
Not published. A proprietary blend gives one total weight, so only the total, 1,000 mg, and the order of the list are known.
How do I take Seneca?
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water.
Is it one capsule or two?
The label allows one or two. The panel is written per 2 capsules, so one capsule gives about half of the 1,000 mg blend.
What are the other ingredients?
Gelatin capsule, rice powder, magnesium stearate (vegetable grade).
Is there fibre or a digestive enzyme in it?
No. Nothing on the panel is a fibre, a prebiotic, a probiotic or a digestive enzyme, which is the honest problem with a digestive-support product built this way.
What are raspberry ketones?
A flavour compound found in raspberries, sold in weight-loss products. Human evidence is very limited, and the amount here is not published.
Results and safety
How long does Seneca take to work?
No timeline is published or promised. Judge any daily capsule over four weeks or more, keeping food, sleep and activity steady.
Does Seneca have side effects?
The label lists none. Its ingredients have known ones: garcinia cambogia has been linked to liver problems in rare reports, bitter melon can lower blood sugar, and horny goat weed carries heart cautions.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask a doctor first, especially with diabetes medicine, blood thinners, heart medicine or anything for the liver.
Is it safe with diabetes medicine?
Ask your prescriber. Cinnamon and bitter melon are both studied for blood sugar, and the amounts here are unknown, which is exactly the situation where caution makes sense.
Should I worry about garcinia cambogia and the liver?
It is worth knowing about. Rare reports have linked garcinia-containing products to liver injury. If you notice yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or severe tiredness, stop and see a doctor.
Can I take more than two capsules?
No. Do not take more than the label says unless a clinician tells you to.
Is Seneca FDA approved?
No. No dietary supplement is FDA approved. “FDA-registered facility” describes the factory, not the product.
Can I take it while pregnant or nursing?
Ask your own clinician. It has not been tested for that, and several herbs here have little safety data.
Buying and packs
How much does Seneca cost?
Prices are the ones printed on the sales page at checkout. We do not copy them here, because listing prices move.
What packs are there?
One, three and six bottles, from the seller’s product photos.
Which pack should I choose?
One bottle first. At two capsules a day that is 30 days, and it is the smallest amount of money at risk.
Where can I buy Seneca?
On senecaformula.com, or by phone at +1 (302) 200-3480, through a USA Authorized Seneca Retailer.
Is there a subscription?
None is listed in the material we were given.
How long does a bottle last?
30 days at two capsules a day, or 60 days at one.
Shipping and refunds
Where does it ship from?
The US, unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in the order email.
How much is shipping?
Not published. The cost shows at checkout before you pay.
How does the guarantee work?
60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then post the bottles back.
Where do I send a return?
14 Wall Street, Suite 4B, New York, NY 10005. Put your full name, email and order ID in the box.
Who pays return shipping?
You do. Use tracked postage.

This website
How do I contact Seneca support?
For orders, tracking, changes and refunds call +1 (302) 200-3480. For website and product questions email [email protected] (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:00 pm ET); that mailbox cannot see orders.
Is this the Seneca maker’s website?
No. Senecaformula is run by a USA Authorized Seneca Retailer. The label carries the Vitalifes brand.
What do the lot and CoA codes mean?
Lot SEN-26/SE-5620 and CoA SEN-5620-26-SE are draft label codes that help match a bottle to a batch. They are not lab proof, and no certificate is published.
Are there Seneca reviews?
No verified ones here. The seller’s pack includes a star score, an order count and sample reviews that repeat a template we have seen in other packs, so we do not publish them as real.
Why does this site point out problems with the product?
Because you can check them yourself on the bottle, and a page that hid them would not be worth reading. We earn money when you buy, and we would rather you buy knowing what is on the label.
What is “product/lab tested” based on?
Nothing we can check. No laboratory, test or certificate is named anywhere in the material we were given.
